Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping to US addresses only. We do not ship internationally. All shipping costs are prepaid by the buyer at the time of checkout. Delivery options available include FedEx Ground, FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Standard Overnight service. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

To help reduce our environmental impact, by default all orders will be shipped when all of the products ordered are in stock. If you need a partial shipment made on your order, please call us at 503-907-2900.

Stock orders typically ship within 2-5 business days. Shipping for custom orders will vary (custom orders include hemmed and/or embroidered items).

Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday (except holidays). GenPac Apparel observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday & Friday), Christmas.

Prepayment Policy

All orders must be pre-paid at the time of ordering. Only credit cards and PayPal can be used to purchase material. Visa, MasterCard and American Express will all be accepted. There will be no surcharges for your credit card purchases. Please be sure to provide all of your billing and shipping information correctly to avoid delays in processing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges of new, unused, uncustomized items are accepted within 15 days of your shipment. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless a shipment error was made by us. There will be no refunds given for any shipping fees paid. All returned material will be refunded via original payment method or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the return products. If you receive a damaged item, we will gladly send you a replacement of the same item. You may be required to return the damaged item to us if deemed necessary.

All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized. Please contact us for a return authorization before shipping any returned materials. Note that any returned item must be in new, unused condition complete with original packaging and documents. We are not able to accept returns of items that show signs of use, wear or damage. Items that are not in new condition are not eligible for a refund. We are not able to accept returns for customized items. Customization includes hemming and logo embroidery. When returning an item, please ensure that it is packaged appropriately, as we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during return shipping.

Order Cancellation

All orders are available for cancellation by customer until the items have been shipped. Once an item is shipped, customers will have to use our returns process to get a refund for the product. All cancelled orders will be processed as quickly as possible and will be refunded to your credit card within 7-10 business days.
