Each employee has their own account where they can monitor their credit balance, check on orders, and shop for new FR items. The program provides a simple way for companies to provide quality flame-resistant clothing to their employees.
Easy to Use
This easy to use system, allows employees to have an account with GenPac Apparel where they can purchase flame-resistant clothing with credit balances set up by their employer. Each employee has their own account where they can monitor their credit balance, check on orders, and shop for new FR items.
With GenPac Apparel’s program, an admin appointed from your company can also monitor employee accounts and balances, as well as manually add and remove credits.
With the GenPac Apparel program, you can set an automatic renewal of credits for your employees. Balances can be set to renew monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. Employees can also be grouped into different categories with different renewal amounts and frequencies.
GenPac Apparel offers embroidery options to feature your company’s logo and employee’s name on their purchased FR items. The embroidery charge can be deducted from employee credits for each order, or can be billed straight to the company account.
Sales Tax & Shipping Options
Each company account can set tax and shipping options to deduct tax and shipping charges from the employee account credits, or bill the charges directly to the company account.
